What is GrandView Village?
GrandView Village is a low density, deed restricted, gated and planned community of custom built rustic homes in a natural mountain setting.

What do you mean by rustic?
At GrandView Village we encourage the construction of homes and cabins with full log or half log exteriors as well as cedar siding post and beam, natural stone and a combination of the above. The design should accommodate the character of the area and the village theme.

What are the size and type of lots available for sale?
The lots are from one to 20 acres; fully wooded with mature stands of primarily hardwood; partially wooded with meadow frontage; long distance mountain views on exclusive and private lots.

What is the lot price range?
Most of the lots range in price from $38,900 to $125,000, depending upon acreage and location; a few are still available.

What does a lot include?
-  city water and underground electric
- Graded chip and tar roads
- Approval for septic tank
- Use of community public recreation areas


What range of home size is required?
There is a 1200 sq. ft. minimum. Existing homes range up to 3500 sq. ft. There is no upper limit.

Are there licensed builders in the area?
Yes and all new construction must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.

Is financing available?
Yes, subject to credit approval.

Is there a construction time limit?
Presently no time limit is in force.

Is turnkey home purchase available?
Yes, subject to contract
