We have made application for approval of the Tennessee Investments Regional Center ("TIRC") as an EB-5 Regional Center.  This Center will lead to significant capital investment and job creation in our state in general, as in the high unemployment counties we have targeted.  Spencer Mountain Village is a shovel ready project catering to the tourism business.

Spencer Mountain Village is a planned rustic mountain community with breathtaking views of the Cumberland Plateau Valley.  The property is located on Hwy 111 between Chattanooga and Nashville, TN with convenient access to Fall Creek Falls State Resort Park.

To meet the growing demands of the area, Spencer Mountain Village, LLC has formed a joint venture with plans to develop the property into condominiums, a hotel and restaurant with fitness club and adventure cabins.

In addition, we are in the preliminary planning stages of Phase I to construct a 34 unit condominium project in conjunction with Barna Log Homes.  This project is on 4.7 acres with sewer, water and natural gas and borders 159 acres to be developed in Phases III and IV.
